This pallet is listed under a branding and specific item name, trademarked by Tarte Cosmetics. Nowhere in your listing do you disclose it is neither Tarte brand or the Grav3yardGirl authentic pallet, both of which are LEGALLY trademarked. Selling a product using a trademarked name knowing full well it is not the trademarked brand is illegal. I have opted to keep my illegal pallet as evidence for legal reasons. Since purchasing this product I should also mention that both my yahoo account and Facebook account have had hacking attempts for the first time in the decade I have had each account. This matter has been reported and is now under investigation |
