Seller said she would ship the items 2 day priority 2/18 ( 6 days AFTER the purchase) as of today, 2/24 items have NOT SHIPPED. Seller dishonestly stated "The post office trackings running a day or two behind but are now caught up" which is a LIE.

My sincerest apologies that I had to refund you but as I explained in the message I sent you on 1/3 your order along with a dozen more orders were damaged I transit. As soon as I was advised of this I reached out to all my customers impacted by this and either refunded there money or replaced the product right away if I had it in stock. I didn't have your product in stock so I refunded you right away so that I didn't tie up your money..So again I apologize that you didn't receive your product. |

My apologies forIm sorrIm sorry to hear you had a bad experience shopping at my store. You refrenced the bad experience waas based on me not communicating with you? Im sorry but I did communicate with you. I messaged you on the 7th informing you that the shipment I received was damaged and that I was working the past few days on trying to get a new shipment but was unsuccessful in doing that. It would be a few weeks before I could fill it and further explained I would be issuing you a full refund. I also emailed a receipt outlining your refund to the email address on file...I also just sent you a screenshot showing the last email sent to you was on Jan 7, 10:05 AM.. |
