Seller response: we offered a newer model with all the same features and more and for a cheaper price, No idea why they took this stand when we were offering a upgrade for a lower price when we disscovered the new in box one we had suddenly didn't work for a unknown reason. we did our best to help them and when they declined, we immediately refunded them their full amount
