I had a personal family crisis and did stay in contact with the buyer. Numerous apologies were given. I am sending the purchased items with an additional gift all at my cost and refunded the full payment. I sincerely hope buyer will let let this be a closed matter. No ill will intended. Appreciate the rules and regulations that Bonanzle has to protect all buyers and sellers.
