It was not in our inventory. Our only choice was to refund him, which was what we did. Not sure what else he'd want us to do.

When you're dealing with human beings, mistakes will happen. We have nearly 20,000 items in inventory and sometimes an inventory count will be off. We sincerely apologized and fully refunded.

Apologies. It was missing from inventory so we refunded immediately. Not sure what else we could do.

Are you kidding me? This customer gave us the wrong address, then sent us threatening messages. We responded professionally & told her we'd re-send (at our expense!) when returned. Again, all this because SHE provided the wrong address which she admits.

Was out sick for a few days. Responded as soon as I was able to and we came to an amicable resolution with the buyer.

Did not receive the buyer's messages. Once we received his message, we responded promptly. Customer simply didn't pick up his package at the PO after they left him a pickup notice.

Wow, all our responses were professional despite his rude messages to us. Very difficult customer. USPS is losing items during the pandemic. We refunded anyway.

Lost in mail. We tried to get her a replacement and she can't seem to understand companies often have more than just one of an item. Very difficult customer.

A software glitch caused some items to be listed twice. Unfortunately, we weren't aware until items started double-selling. Our apologies for the unfortunate error!

Um, buyer bought two items and canceled both because his wife yelled at him for spending money. We allowed him to return both despite it not being our fault. He then proceeded to send us expletive filled messages and insults because he felt we didn't respond fast enough to his last message. Mentally unstable individual. Block while you can.

This item was shipped and lost by USPS. We were out of the country for the month but have reached out to this customer for a refund + a free item.

It was sandwiched between 2 pieces of cardboard which is usually more than enough protection. The package was not insured so the customer's assumption is 100%. Item was very lightly damaged. Very difficult person to work with.

I'm sorry but this buyer doesn't seem to understand English very well. We never said the company was named "Southern California". We said they were based in Southern California. Additionally, the fact the serial-numbered holograms can be bought on Amazon doesn't mean they're "fake". All companies purchase their serial-numbered stickers from somewhere. They are not created out of nothing. We've tried to be extremely patient and professional with this very difficult customer.
