Order was speedily processed and shipped out within 3 business days. We usually reply to messages within 3 business days as well. Issue could have been easily fixed had buyer been a bit more patient. Regardless the discs were "not low quality" they were of good quality.

Disc set is dual audio. Buyer was given information on how to switch the language to English. Issue has been resolved.

Customer has been adivsed that Gunsmoke is our largest and most complex set. As a result our Gunsmoke sets are shipped out in between 10 to 15 business days. Therefore order is due to be shipped within the next few days.

Customer never addressed this problem with us. Hand and finger prints are very easy to pick with discs and can easily wiped with a cloth. Again customer never tried to resolve this problem with us just posted negative feedback straight away.

There was a rare mixup of orders. The correct set has been sent and we expect the customer to revise his feedback when he receives the correct set.

Customer knew beforehand the DVD sets are homemade. Regarding the disks and (in general) made no attempt to contact us before leaving negative feedback.

Customer was warned beforehand that due to a massive amount of holiday orders the shipping would be delayed. Problem was resolved privately to their satisfication but still left negative feedback does not make sense.

Customer was warned beforehand that due to a massive amount of holiday orders the shipping would be delayed 15 business days. Item was shipped out within time range but customer being highly unreasonable and inconsiderate.

We implicitly let us our customers know both through the very affordable prices of our sets and in other ways that all our sets are homemade and non-official sets. Those customers pretending naivety towards the product they get are using this excuse to cover for something else they did not like.

This is a simple case of buyer’s regret gone sour. We clearly state our no refunds/no returns policy upfront and those we are not responsible for quality complaints. This was known before placing the order.
