An inaccurate statement all around. We responded by offering either a refund or replacement, however the package ended up showing up after presuming to be lost in transit. We cannot control mistakes made by the carrier, so any complaint we have received regarding this is completely unreasonable. Check tracking to see that this indeed arrived. USPS 9400109699937238310656 Slander is not taken lightly and we encourage future customers to ignore lies such as this please. |
