Seller response: this was my first transaction on Bonanza. I told the buyer before she purchased that the item was NOT available but she decided that she must know more than me and purchased anyways. I did not know how to remove the listing and I needed to wait for customer support to tell me the correct procedure for refunding the money. Maybe buyers should listen when a seller says the item is not available
