We were never rude to the customer. The customer is one who thought using profanity and calling us names was the way to conduct herself. We never use profanity or names in dealing with customers.

We never received notification from the customer regarding the DOA crickets. We can not do something, if we are never notified.

We did respond to the customer, we just have not received the asked picture of the problem.

Seller response:
The buyer ordered and received 1/4" crickets, which are small. We are not responsible for buyers who do not know what size to order for their animals. Waxworms were shipped after our equipment was fixed and we were able to harvest them. The delay in shipping was explained to buyer.

Considering we do not have published phone number, we could not have possibly received a phone message. Also never received an email from buyer.

We did not receive any communications from the customer. All tracking numbers are immediately posted to the Bonanza transaction history. We can not be held responsible for things that our customers do not do. Please look at the transaction history before blaming us for your lack of responsiblity.

We did not respond to email because we were out of town at a funeral.

Seller response:
You were shipped large mealworms. Our mealworms are not treated with IGR which does not allow the mealworm to pupate and continue to grow. Our mealworms are grown without IGR thus are smaller than the artificially grown mealworms.

We did not ship pinhead crickets which are the size of tiny black ants. Had we shipped pinhead crickets they would have all crawled out of the box in which they were shipped.

Never was contacted by the buyer.

Had we been contacted by the seller, we would have sent a replacement shipment.
