you did not have any product!!!!!! so my order was cancelled by you and my money refunded. Too bad. We are almost out of our last bottle. By the way, your price was two times what we paid the previous supplier. But we placed order anyway.

Given your reaction, it would have been better to send you the damaged bottle and blame the carrier. Obviously, checking each item thoroughly before shipping is not considered good service by some customers. Nor is it to report the problem within 24 hours of placing your order and issue a refund immediately. We apologize for not living up to your expectations.
