the negative feedback was justified - I truly dropped the ball on this one. Due to an emergency, I was unable to fulfill my obligation to the buyer and was unable to respond in a timely manner. However, I was able to eventually refund the money to the buyer and shipped the product anyway without any cost to the buyer. Certainly doesn't make up for the buyers frustration, but it was the best I could do to compensate.
