This is absurd and lie, our keys issued from Microsoft and can be verified directly by issuer. What about your order!, you bought Ultimate and tried to activate it on Home Premium!, of course it won't work. You never showed as any proof that key didn't work and didn't even reply back when you told you contact Microsoft directly .

I’ve checked your key and it still appeared to be valid and ready to be used, What we sell is legit and stable software with genuine licence keys and it make us feel very uncomfortable when client can't set it up. In particularly this case scenario, we insist you to contact Microsoft and request validation of your licence key directly from issuer. MS representative will check your licence keys and based on it they'll supply you with proper and detailed assistance, or if you won't be able to set it by yourself they will connect to your PC remotely and set everything over a matter.
