1 star user feedback I sent an email with my problem but never received a reply. When I washed the shirt upon receiving it, on delicate, the hem raveled out of the back of the shirt. Seller response: Never received any emails from customer. Only made aware of situation when review posted. Reached out to customer. Customer seemed to not believe me. Claims I even replied but never forwarded any email when I asked, as I was worried perhaps I am not getting Bonanza emails. Customer seems fine with no remedy. I offered choices to customer and customer never engaged and sent a reply email stating they took offense to my wording in a second email follow up as the customer stopped engaging. Offered refund and /or exchange. Its a shame. Customer has a shirt they are not happy with and I have a neg review for something I never knew about
