Vintage original 9.5 x 12 in. French double-weight glossy photograph from an UNKNOWN FRENCH SILENT FILM c.1920's. The image features an interior scene depicting a French aristocrat trying to defend a young woman as she receives the wrath of the man in the center, who may be a king. It is a period piece, as evidenced by the clothing. It is in very fine- condition with light signs of wear on the corners and a light curl along the top and bottom edges. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, writing, or other flaws.
