Please know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Vintage Items From Nellies Timeless Treasures. You are buying vintage items that have had some use to them and “wear and tear.” Overall, I inspect all items and do my best to describe the items and disclose any discrepancies that I may find in its current condition through description and photos. I can not be responsible for the future condition of any item once it leaves my hands and arrives in the buyer’s hands (whether it’s a broken clasp, loose stones, chipped wood or ceramic, scratches etc.).

EXCEPTIONS:
I want my customers happy. In the event that I may have overlooked something in grave error, and you are truly displeased with an item, please contact me and I will work something out to correct any issues. Generally shop credit will be issued for item amount only, (minus prepaid shipping costs and 15% Paypal fees.) In extreme cases that a refund is issued it would be for the amount of the item only, (minus prepaid shipping costs and 15% Paypal fees) and must be authorized first. In the event that a return is authorized, all returns must be in the same packaging and in the same condition as it was sent. Nellie’s Timeless Treasures is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process. So please be sure to package carefully. If you return an item to me without prior authorization, you will not receive a refund, nor store credit.
Items received that are damaged due to poor packaging on your part will not be issued a store credit/refund.
Return Shipping Charges are the customer’s responsibility.
INSURANCE/TRACKING RECOMMENDED:
Nellie’s Timeless Treasures is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items and highly recommends insurance/tracking be applied to postal charges when returning. No refunds will be made for lost/stolen/damaged/tampered with items.
