Most of the items I sell can be returned for a refund of the purchase price if they arrive DOA. DOA means the item arrives undamaged but does not work when properly handled and properly installed in an otherwise working application. (Because of their sensitivity to mishandling, improper installation and damage from their installation environment, DOA claims for Electronic parts will be reviewed on a case by case basis).
All items are shipped insured. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me to file an insurance claim.
Returns for all other reasons (ordered the wrong part, don’t need it anymore, etc) will also be handled on a case by case basis.
