Returns and Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our products, including our Widget Frames and VHS shadowboxes. However, due to the nature of our items and their collectible value, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. VHS Tape Condition: The VHS tapes included with our shadowboxes are sold as-is and are considered collectible items. Given the rarity and fluctuating market values of these tapes, we do not guarantee their condition. Please note that some tapes may be more valuable than others and cannot be easily replaced without significant cost. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that the VHS tapes serve as placeholders and may vary in condition. Product Defects: Returns will only be considered if there is an obvious defect in the product itself (e.g., manufacturing faults, significant structural issues with the frame). We do not accept returns based solely on the condition of the VHS tapes. Glass Breakage in Shipping: If the glass of your shadowbox is broken during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, please be aware that the return process involving glass replacements can take longer than one month, as this is dependent on the carrier and availability of replacement materials. Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for products that show signs of misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, collectible VHS tapes cannot be returned or exchanged due to their fluctuating value and irreplaceable nature.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the product has shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and the return policy will apply as outlined above.
