Details
Jerro LLC warrants all merchandise advertised within our listings to be free from defects and are accurately described. Returns accepted only for defective or incorrectly described merchandise. Returns must be shipped back to us no later than 30 days after delivery of merchandise and must include all of the original product components and packaging. Please email us at returns@Jerro.biz for return request notifications and questions. At our discretion an emailed photo of defective merchandise may be accepted in lieu of physical return of merchandise. Upon return and examination verifiably defective or incorrectly described merchandise returns will be refunded along with any return shipping fees (standard or economy shipping rates only). If a replacement item is requested in lieu of a refund a replacement will be sent if available. Non-verifiably defective and correctly described merchandise returned will not be refunded shipping (outbound and return) and a 20% restocking fee may be applied to the refund. Incomplete, faulty or unauthorized returns may be subject to a higher restocking fee at our discretion or may nullify any refund as determined appropriate by Jerro LLC.
