I used my first box of hair color the other morning. When I added the color formula to the activator bottle, I could see swirls of the activator in the bottle and no matter how hard I shook, it would not mix. I even poured it into a cup to see if I could get it to mix using a spoon. When in the bottle, while trying to apply to scalp, there were thick chunks that would clog up the nozzle making it impossible to apply. I managed to get enough solution out to touch up the grey roots but a lot of the solution was poured down the drain due to being too thick. I don't know what caused this but something had compromised this box.
Hard to find product, and was excited to get it.
Product is excellent.
This is a great product. I used to have to cover my gray every 3 1/2 weeks, but can go 5 weeks now. Good color, great product to cover gray.
