Here is a nice necklace in 925 sterling silver made entirely by hand (pendant, chain and clasp). This one is decorated with 2 semi-precious stones, a small onyx and a golden obsidian. The silver of this jewel has been patinated. Patina is a technique used which has the effect of oxidizing certain metals. The oxidation of a jewel is seen by the presence of blackish hues on the metal. This technique makes it possible to highlight the different textures of a jewel and sometimes to enhance the colors of certain stones. Therefore, the jewelry worn is highlighted.
