2001 Chevy Cavalier OEM Factory Year Specific Sunroof Glass. The sunroof is in good pre-owned condition. Measurements are 31 5/8" long and 21 1/8" wide. This sunroof came standard on cavalier model year 2001 but please double check your measurements and bolt patterns on the underside, then compare to our pictures to ensure a perfect fit. Aftermarket sunroofs have become very popular over the last 15 years, this is why it is important to double check measurements and bolt patterns. If your sunroof switch looks like any in our last picture, you have an aftermarket, not OEM. Be wary of sellers stating this sunroof will fit other years in the Cavalier, it will not, there are slight differences on bolt mounts between years in the Cavalier. This glass panel was removed from a 2001 Cavalier that had a blown engine so there is no unseen damage on this panel as is found with a majority of sunroof glass panels that are removed from wrecked vehicles. Often times on a wrecked vehicle, the metal trim around the glass, under the seal, will incur slight bends which will make the panel leak soon after. We have been dealing in sunroof glass panels for 20 years now and only sell the panels that that pass our inspection. We also clean the panels, especially the seals, in an effort to identify any imperfections that may cause issues down the road. The sunroof comes read to bolt in.
