Here is what I am able to tell you about this item: This is an untestable item and is missing some original packaging but item itself is new and unused. Cosmetic Condition: No signs of cosmetic wear (see pictures). Please note that we (Kellan Inc) are a commercial and industrial surplus product dealer. However, most products do not include a "manufacturer's warranty". Products are tested to the best of our abilities.
