An iconic vintage early 70s lady-like party dress in black, red and white with a beautiful rhinestone buckled belt.No labels so guessing a a modern 9. The waist measures about 30" and the bust is about 40" and 38" long from natural waist.Zips up the back with a with chiffon ruffle collar and sheer sleeves.This dress is very classy and virtually unworn.
