The camera powers on normally and has been tested for basic operation. The lens extends/retracts properly, zoom works, buttons and controls work, flash works, LCD works, and the camera is able to take photos. KNOWN ISSUE: At the widest/fully zoomed-out position, a dark/black obstruction is visible along part of the edge of the image. As the camera is zoomed in, the dark area disappears and the image appears normal. Please see the photos showing this issue. Because of this optical/lens issue, the camera is being sold at a reduced price and the defect should be considered when purchasing. Cosmetically, the camera is in good pre-owned condition with normal signs of use. Please examine all photos for exact condition.
