Looks to be brand new and unused. The plastic covering is still on the screen and the Motorola logo on the back. Tested to power on and was able to go through the menu with no issues. Also was able to provision them and activate to a Motorola account with no issues. No damage to it as shown in the pictures. No licenses or subscriptions are included. Comes with a new USB-C Charging cable. Consider pictures as a part of the description and judge any and all cosmetic or other issues to your opinion before purchasing.
