Fold-out cover has a few creases near edges; scuffing and surface impressions.(front/back/inner-gate); tiny surface abrasions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is generic white; two seams partly/mostly split. Spine is partly readable with wear and fading. Shelf-wear along top-edge with heavier wear across bottom-edge; wear to corners; top edge slightly split, bottom-edge entirely split. Top opening is crisp with signs of light use. (Not a cut-out.)
