As our items are a mixture of pre-loved as well as new, and all measurements are provided for clothing, we do not accept returns unless they are faulty, damaged during shipment, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return it to us unworn/unused. Items are faulty if they are received damaged or incorrectly shipped. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, or do not fit as expected, are not considered to be faulty. A full refund and shipping label will be provided (at times an item may not be requested to be returned) upon receipt of the damaged item.
