This is a gently used vintage hand painted porcelain collectible decoration that is approximately 25 years old. The piece itself is in good condition, but the box shows wear and tear due to age and storage over the years. *** THE GOLD BELL ON THE TOP IS MISSING *** All other accessories that disconnect for storage are included: (frame the bell goes on that pushes into the top peak, 3 pieces of display clothing that hang on the building from hooks, and the electrical cord with bulb).
