Vintage Race to the Roof Board Game and similar items

This is a game entitled Race to the Roof (An exciting game of pursuit, from the basement to the attic) from Ravensburger, copyright 2002. The game is complete with instructions. The box has some wear on the edges and in the corners (see pictures); there are no split corners. The game components are in great shape with minor wear. The room cards curve very slightly (see picture); they will probably straighten out after playing with them for a bit. Nice overall. See pictures for more details.
