On the first floor there are the restaurant, Bob?s kitchen, a public toilet and the staircase. On the second floor there is the home of Bob?s family. There are the living room, Bob and Linda?s bedroom, 3 rooms for Gene, Tina and Louise, a bathroom and the family kitchen. All rooms are fully furnished, the right side of the house is openable for easy access. The building is sitting on a 32x32 and a 16x32 baseplates so it is deeper than the regular modular buildings but it perfectly fits to a 3x3 BP house block. Dimensions: Width: 32 studs, 25.6 cm Depth: 48 studs, 38.4 cm Height: 36 bricks, 34.5 cm Part count: 4704 For Tina?s room I have used original LEGO printed horse related tiles. These tiles can be rare so they can be replaced for other tiles or custom tiles as well. For the outside burger logo, the restaurant decoration and the family related frames upstairs I have made custom printed parts with an UV printer. All these elements can be fit on a 16x16 plate so it can be printed in one step. I attach a setup for printing the custom elements with the graphic to be printed on it. Important information 1.
