(7) Seven Antique Cabinet Card Photographs. Depicting some of the children of Belden Samuel Brown and his wife Adaline M. Alfred. They include four photos of their daughter Anna Stell Brown (Bracht) and three other unidentified children which would be either Minnie Aliada Brown, Edith Brown, Lewis Samuel Brown, Ada Ellen Brown, or Frank Belden Brown. The three photos shown on the right side of our listing description image are identified on the back of two of the photos as belonging to Mrs. Addie M. Brown, and a third as belonging to Mrs. B.S. Brown (Mrs. Belden Samuel Brown.) Additional genealogical information will be provided with the purchase of these photos. Photos range in size from 7 x 8.75, to 3.5 x 4.5. Condition: These are original photographs, not a copy or reproduction. They are in very good to excellent condition. Comments: Belden Samuel Brown was born February 27, 1839 Harwington, Connecticut. He was the son of Samuel Brown (1806-1872) and Melinda Churchill (1812-1888). Belden was married to Adaline M. Alfred on December 19, 1868 in Harwington. He died February 26, 1923 in Harwington. Adaline was born July 13, 1849 in Harwington and died April 29, 1918 in Harwington. Their children included: Minnie Alida Brown (1870-1952); Edith Brown (1871-1880); Lewis Samuel Brown (1873-1940); Ada Ellen Brown (1875-1916); Anna Stella Brown (b. October 23, 1879, m. Edmund William Bracht on Oct. 20, 1920 in Boston, d. Nov. 30, 1926); and Frank Belden Brown (b. Sept. 4, 1884 in Harwington, d. March 31, 1968 in Newtown, CT, m. Jessie R. Victory on March 26, 1904 in Derby, CT.) Additional genealogical information will be provided with the purchase of this photo.
