Rocketville Race For The Mayor's Office and similar items

You're bidding on a game entitled Rocketville from Avalon Hill / Wizards of the Coast. The game is complete with instructions (all pieces double counted). The seam on the box lid where the art wrap comes together sticks out a bit (hard to capture in pictures - not major, but it overlaps the edge just a bit). The box has a small area on the right side where there is a small ridge where the box was pushed down just a bit. Otherwise, the box has some light wear and minor scratching. The game board has a small gray spot (maybe a drip of liquid? Otherwise, the components are in great shape with minor wear. See pictures for more details.
