The teeth are induction hardened, milled for true tracking and produce a thin kerf . These blades run under a little lower tension which is better for your band saw. Our welds are warranted. The 1/2? x 4 tpi blades are generally used for straight-line cutting in 2-1/2?-6? hardwoods and 1-1/2?-4? softwoods. This is an excellent resaw blade if you want a little nicer finish than the 3 tpi but material height is limited to 6?.
