in a mildly worn illustrated dust jacket with one short closed tear to
rear panel.

Napoleon--disguised in order
to visit his mistress--recruits the actor Talma stand in for him on the
brink of Waterloo, but alas, Napoleon stays the night and misses the
battle, and it is Talma who is sent to St. Helena in his place!
