Due to health & hygiene reasons, we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund on ‘change of mind’ to any used/opened (worn/tried) purchases. Faulty/Shipping Damaged Products:
We offer a 30 Days Full Refund or Replacement Warranty. If your product is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. However, should we be unable to replace your product (i.e. out of stock), we will be more than willing to offer you a refund or another product of the same value as a replacement.
