Bruce Springsteen Live 1975-85 Expanded and 50 similar items

Tremendous fan-made collection takes the classic 1986 Live 1975-85 box set and more than doubles the length, adding 44 songs, bringing the total to 84 songs and EIGHT HOURS of classic live Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. Perfect sound quality throughout, as each song was taken from professionally mixed sources and the live tracks have all been carefully sequenced together (with volume and eq levels kept consistent throughout) to sound like a seamless performance. In addition, the tracks from the original live box have been remastered to give a fuller sound which has been lacking on this set for over 30 years. This 6-disc set addresses many of the (relatively few) complaints that folks had with the original set. First, many were upset that various songs were not represented on the set. These discs contain all the fan favorites that were left off the original set - Prove It All Night, Jungleland, Dancing In The Dark, Who'll Stop The Rain?, Glory Days, Drift Away, Incident On 57th Street, Kitty's Back, She's The One, Quarter To Three, The Ties That Bind, Trapped, Out In The Street, Drive All Night, Atlantic City, Ramrod, The Detroit Medley and many, many more songs have been included to give a much fuller representation of this period of Bruce the band. In fact, there are now live versions of EVERY song from Born To Run and Born In The U.S.A. included, and all but one song from Darkness On The Edge Of Town and all but two songs from The River!! Classic performances have been chosen to ensure that the best versions of each song were heard. Another complaint of the original set was that portions of songs have been edited out, namely the 'Sad Eyes' spoken interlude of Backstreets and some of the dialogue in Growin' Up and This Land Is Your Land. Well, they are both now included in full, along with the spoken intros to Badlands, Jersey Girl and Born To Run that were left off the official box. Special care has been taken with the packaging as well, as the discs all feature photos from the period represented on the disc. This package looks as great as it sounds!! No question about it - this is THE set to own if you love live Bruce Springsteen from his "classic" period. No other set could hope to match this for completeness or sound quality.
