Items that are free shipping are not included. If it is free shipping and returned the cost of postage will be deducted from the refund. Buyers are responsible for return postage cost. I only insure items that are shipped priority flat rate. Some overseas destinations I can not see final delivery and I may not ship item to you it is to protect my losses.
