RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES All returns are accepted. We try to accurately and honestly describe all our products and handle returns in a fair and reasonable manner. All items, unless otherwise stated, are new with manufacturer?s warranty (if any warranty-this will be stated in item description). Please Note: Due to the high-precision nature of all Shears and Scissors we sell, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 10 days. If product is found to be defective on receipt, you may return for exchange of same product. RETURNS: Most items can now be returned via?s automated return system which will provide a return label and other info.
