Original 24 chapters. No internal book titles list. Tanned but not brittle war-time paper (in effect through 1948). No writing. Sturdy binding and hinges without tracking. Excellent corners. Slight area of discoloration on rear cover. Yellow spine and "The Hardy Boys" supra-title in script letters. Damaged dust jacket scarcely classifiable as "acceptable," with major chipping and wear, though it does make it all the way around the book. "PCJ" and "110-150" on front flap. Front flap last title is The Secret Panel. Rear flap lists Lone Ranger titles to Rides Again. Rear of jacket lists 23 aviation titles. Book is now protected in removable mylar covering. (RHB-9)
