Short description
Pharmacological action - normalizing intestinal microflora. Inside, without chewing, washed down with boiled water. Adults and children over 3 years old - 1 capsule. 3-4 times a day. 30 minutes before meals; children from 3 months to 3 years - 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, with food, after opening the capsule and its contents in milk or boiled water for 5-8 days. - 1 caps. 1 time per day for 10-15 days.

pharmachologic effect
A drug that regulates the balance of the intestinal microflora. It is a mixture of the microbial mass of live antagonistically active acidophilic lactobacilli and kefir fungi inactivated by heating, containing a water-soluble polysaccharide, which determine the therapeutic effect of Acipol, which is lyophilized in a culture medium. According to the mechanism of action, Acipol® is a multifactorial therapeutic agent, has antagonistic activity against pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, has a corrective effect on the intestinal microflora, and increases the body's immunological reactivity.

Indications
Dysbacteriosis and conditions leading to its development: - acute intestinal infections (dysentery, salmonellosis, rotavirus gastroenteritis); - chronic colitis; - enterocolitis of infectious and non-infectious genesis; - long-term antibiotic therapy. Dysbacteriosis and body weight deficit associated with: - active antibiotic therapy of purulent-septic diseases in infants; - chronic, protracted, recurrent respiratory diseases (bronchitis, pneumonia, including pneumocystis); - atopic dermatitis and other allergic manifestations. Prevention of dysbiosis (increasing the overall resistance of the body).

Method of administration and dosage
It will be given to children over 3 months old and adults in combination with traditional treatment. Capsules are taken orally, without chewing, washed down with boiled water. The daily dose and duration of treatment are set individually, depending on the age, severity and duration of the disease and the severity of dysbiosis. Children aged 3 months to 3 years are prescribed 1 capsule 2-3 times / day (together with meals), after opening the capsule and dissolving its contents in milk or boiled water. Adults and children over 3 years old are prescribed 1 capsule 3-4 times / day 30 minutes before meals. In acute intestinal infections, the drug is prescribed for 5-8 days. Longer courses are prescribed for the treatment of children with weight lag caused by the chronic course of diseases accompanied by dysbiosis. For prophylactic purposes, Acipol® is prescribed 1 capsule 1 time / day for 10-15 days. Repeated courses are carried out no earlier than 1 month after the end of the previous treatment.

Side effects
Side effects when using Acipol in recommended doses have not been established.

Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Overdose
Currently, no cases of overdose of Acipol® have been reported.

Not suitable for use: - a preparation, the integrity of the inner packaging of which is broken; - a drug without labeling or with indistinct labeling; - a drug with altered physical properties (the shape of the capsule is broken), in the presence of foreign inclusions; - a drug with an expired shelf life.
