This full color picture postcard was made in Italy and appears (from the description) to be a photo of the famous Buffalo Bill original artwork painting.
 
Would make a nice addition to any American old west historical collection.
 
On the back, bottom left corner is the number: G·104
The description reads:
"Buffalo Bill" (Col. Wm. F. Cody) on his favorite horse  Isham as he appeared in his last public performance in 1916.
