1933 Vintage Postcard Cartoon Art QSL Card W1FHO

A yellow card stock with brown printed boarder and classic 1930's cartoon art of a man shouting into a microphone.  The large Ham radio call letters are in black ink
 
Dated Dec 13, 1937 
Along the bottom edge it reads ; "Rippowam Place"
(that's in  Stamford, CT), Warren A. Simmons opr.
 
There are handwritten details and a handwritten message.
 
The address side features a handwritten mailing address and a 1 cent Franklin Postage stamp and the cancel mark over the postage stamp and off the edge of the left edge of the card
 
CONDITION: Fair Condition, slight wear at corners. some minor discoloring around the edges from being handled. No pin holes, rips tears or other damage.

RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Due to the nature of this particular item, this sale is final, except if damaged in transit of course.
If your item has been damaged by the carrier, before returning your item, please take photos of the item and damaged packaging, and save the damaged packaging and all packing paterials.  Contact me and send photos to rosiestreasures@live.com  within 3 days (not counting weekends and Holidays of course) Any refunds due will be paid after carrier claim has been approved and upon return of the item.
