WHAT IS NEUROPAN, - HAWTHORN, PEPPERMINT, VALERIAN AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR: 

It favors cardiovascular and nervous systems.

 Neuropan is used for diseases of heart and blood vessels and irregular heartbeat. Neuropan, Mint, Hawthorn, Valerian is effective in treating psychological stress nervous tension and insomnia and has a calming effect on the central nervous system, relieving insomnia, neurosis, anxiety,  and more.  Also used for sleep disorders and nervous tension. Promotes peaceful sleep and complete rest and relaxation by extending the duration of sleep.

FUNCTION:

Valerian

Valerian is used for sleep problems ( insomnia), for nervous overstrain with non of the side effects of the conventional medicine. It is also used for conditions , connected to anxiety  and psychological stress, including nervous asthma, hysterical states, excitability, migraine, stomach upset, mild tremors, muscle and join pain, menstrual cramps and symptoms associated with menopause, including hot flashes and anxiety. Valerian does not relieve insomnia as fast as “sleeping pills”, but does not have the side effects of the conventional medicine.
Valerian acts like a sedative on the brain and nervous system.
Valerian was used during World War I to treat shell-shock and again during World War II to soothe air-raid stress.
 
Hawthorn

Research in German and Japan has confirmed that this familiar English hedgerow shrub supplies a potent cardiac and circulation tonic. The flowering tops (leaves and flowers ) and the haws (red false fruit) treat kidney-related heart weakness, as well as thickening of the heart tissue, artery spasm and irregular heartbeat. By improving circulation in the arteries, hawthorn helps ease age-related circulation problems, such as numbness in the lower legs and poor memory and confusion (caused by reduced blood flow to the brain). Strong antioxidants in the hawthorn help prevent or reduce the degeneration of the blood vessels.
Haw thorn can be used as a general heart tonic or to regulate abnormal heart rhythms, to assuage extreme stress or grief, to soothe the nerves after the stressful day.
Hawthorn contains antioxidants, including oligomericprocyandins  and quercetin. Antioxidants found in the hawthorn may help stop some of the damage from free radicals, especially when it comes to heart disease. These antioxidant may help dilate blood vessels, improve blood flow and protect blood vessels from damage.
Hawthorn help control high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Mint

Since ancient times, people over the world have valued the refreshing, zingy taste of peppermint. Some claims that this plant is the world’s most ancient medicine, at it has been found in archaeological sites more than 10.000 years old. Most varieties of mint are stimulant, digestive aids, but peppermint has additional antispasmodic and antimicrobial properties. Italian research in 2007 found oil reduced irritable bowel symptoms in 75 % of patients.
In Greek myth, Mint was a nymph loved by Hades, who transformed her into this scented herb to protect her from his jealous wife.
Mint is can be used to boost energy, to improve your memory and mental focus, to relax aching muscles.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE;

How to take :

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Unless otherwise prescribed, for children over 12 years, THE RECOMMENDED DAYLY DOSAGE

2-4 TIMES DAYLY 1 tsp=5ml(edna chaena l e ravna na 2.5) with glass of water, milk, juice.

Neuropan is Food supplement and must not replace a varied and balanced diet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!

Neuropan is not suitable for children under 12 years old, if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

If you inadvertently take 1 or 2 tablets of Valerian more than prescribed, this will not usually be harmful.

In cases of overdose, the following manifestations may occur: fatigue, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, drowsiness, shaking hands, enlarged pupils. In these cases, you should immediately stop taking valerian and contact your doctor. Symptomatic agents may need to be administered.

If you forget to take , do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose. You must continue the treatment according to the instruction manual.

ADVICE;

Like all medicines, NEUROPAN - HAWTHORN, PEPPERMINT, VALERIAN,  can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Adverse reactions are very rare when administering  at therapeutic doses. Rare are gastrointestinal disorders.

If you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.

If any of the side effects gets serious, tell your doctor or pharmacist or nurse. This includes all possible side effects not listed in this leaflet.

If you need more information or advice, ask your pharmacist.

If after 15 days you do not feel better or your condition gets worse, you should seek medical attention.

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility!

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.!

Do not take by children, as well as during pregnancy and lactation!

Avoid co-administration with alcohol.!

Taking NEUROPAN - HAWTHORN, PEPPERMINT, VALERIAN shortly before driving or using machines is not recommended due to a slight sedative effect.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!

How to store

In original packaging, in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures up to 25 ° C.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
