Waechtersbach Germany Navy Blue Cat Bowl. In very good used condition and measures 4 1/2" in diameter and 2 1/2" deep. I purchased this personally in Germany circa 1994. Has alternating cat face and fish in blue/white around the edge.

Weighs just over 1/2 pound by itself.
