Pages are decent and pretty clean....Note sure of exact age, but booklet has  references to its founding in1893, and the city of York's growth from 1890 to 1900 on page 39...The school was  founded as Patrick's Business College in 1893, and this book also publicizes its name change to the Patrick Commercial School...
