This jar opener is from Sun Oil advertising Sunoco Gasoline.  It is a Power-Pal Majic jar Opener.  The opener is yellow and has the blue Sunoco Logo on it.  It measures nearly 5 inches square.  If it had been used it was used very little.  There is a good speck on the upper right near the corner.
