Lights up with lots is movement from the skater and the slide; the poor snowman lost a portion of this hat and there are some people missing from the front by the snowman; a sleeper also lost his head; I’m not sure if the fiber optic threads are supposed to light up; they flicker green but don’t remain lit; still super festive colorful and fun
