This is a working bell. It is in the image of Katie in her holiday nightgown with cap.  Her nightgown and cap is white with red dots and red ruffle trim. She is holding her teddy bear. The bear has a ribbon with 1986 on it.

She measures about 5” tall and the bottom is 3” wide.
 
 
She is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
