Walter Baker & Co., of Dorchester Massachusetss published this cookbook for using Baker's Chocolate and Cocoa.  It has a small piece of the lower right hand corner missing. Someone wrote "candy" in pencil under the title. It has 64 numbered pages and measures 6 3/4 inches x 5 inches.  It has a few smudges on the back cover and one on the front cover. Otherwise it is in good condition.
