This is a Peripheral PXHAD1 Vehicle Specific Harness for PXDX/PXDP in select Audi vehicles. Use this harness along with the Peripheral Aux2car / iPod2Car  (PXDX or PXDP) or iSimple solutions to integrate static free audio to your factory radio.

I have a mix of these items - some are in individual packaging, and others are loose as they were extra pieces from an installation kit.  They are all new, however.
